Cloudmin Professional is purchased through the shop at Virtualmin.com, and newly purchased products are available immediately on the My Account ⇾ Dashboard page there. Install scripts for supported platforms are provided, as well as serial number and license keys for upgrading our open source products to Professional versions or downloading individual components from our software repository.
General Terms and Conditions
Cloudmin LLC does not warrant that the contents of our website are error-free. Information on the site may contain inaccuracies or other errors and may be changed at any time without notice. Cloudmin LLC may make changes to the products or services at any time without notice. Cloudmin LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the site but makes no warranty of its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
The materials on the Cloudmin.com website are provided as is and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Cloudmin LLC disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement or other violation of rights.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Cloudmin LLC be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages for any use of the contents and services on Cloudmin.com, or on any other linked website, including, without limitation, any lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
Downloadable Software
Software that is made available for download from Cloudmin.com is the copyrighted work of Cloudmin LLC and/or its suppliers. Cloudmin GPL is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. Your use of other Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (License Agreement). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, Cloudmin LLC hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use the Software for viewing and use in accordance with these Terms, and for no other purpose, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Purchasing Software
Credit card orders will be processed in real-time, and the purchased software will be available immediately after payment approval at the My Account ⇾ Dashboard page. In order to insure you receive the latest version available, purchased software is made available in downloadable form only. No physical media will be delivered to you. If you have trouble downloading or installing your purchased software, please create a customer support issue. Please mark the issue private if you are including any sensitive information, such as license details or install logs, in your ticket.
Refunds and Cancellation
If you are unsatisfied with your Cloudmin LLC product or would like to cancel your order, for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your updates subscription and software license key will be invalidated and the charge(s) to your credit card will be refunded. To request a refund, open a support ticket. Please include the serial number of the license you wish to cancel.
